FEE REFUND RULES
Refund Application form can be obtained from Account section
Refund request on through phone / email/ fax will not be entertained in any case
Students has to submit : Original Fee Receipt / Identity Card / Attendance Card / Cancelled Cheque or Bank passbook 1st page copy along with refund application form
Refund amount will be credited in bank account of father / mother / guardians through NEFT / RTGS only
Same rules are applicable if student join late or does not join or attended even a single class after depositing fees
Refund rules remains same in case :
Student joining class after commencement date
Student not joined/attended any class
Refund in Special case after the Last Refund Date :
If a student gets admission in any Govt. Medical college located in India for MBBS Only.
50% amount will be refunded on submission of documents of Govt. Medical College Joining.
Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid course. Refund will not be made for B. Pharma / BYNS / B.Physiotherapy / B.VSc./B.Sc/ BAMS / BHMS and other Courses.
Last Date for Refund for the mentioned special case is 30/09/2019.

In Cases of acute diseases and severe illnesses, Application for refund can be considered by the management committee after the completion of the Last Refund Date on submission of Medical Prescription / Report.
Admission in a particular course is subjected to the availablity of seats.
Keep the fee receipt safely as in many cases it will serve as an authentic proof of registration at Sarvottam Career Institute Pvt. Ltd.
After fee deposition students must collect the Attendance Card on showing the original fee receipt
After completing the Admission process students Batch & details will be sent by SMS on mobile 2 days before the class commencement. There after student has to report the
institute / Class Venue along with Attendance Card, on the Date & time as specified in SMS.
After fee deposition course / phase / stream / study centre change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of prescribed fee as per the difference of course fee.
